Lauren Ellis Scott

Violinist Lauren Ellis Scott is a freelance musician in Washington, DC. She performs regularly with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Maryland Lyric Opera, New Orchestra of Washington, Charleston Symphony, Delaware Symphony, Schenectady Symphony, The Philly POPS, and The American Pops. Lauren has recorded music with NFL films for Super Bowls 50, LI, and LII, and her award-winning students have enjoyed performances around the United States and China.  Lauren holds degrees from Temple University and Stony Brook University, studying primarily with William de Pasquale and Kerri Ryan. She has worked for The Philadelphia Orchestra Association, DC Youth Orchestra Program, The Kennedy Center, Washington Performing Arts, Listeso Music Group, and Musicians on Call.
