Concert violinist Alicia Yang regularly appears with renowned ensembles such as the San Francisco Symphony and Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra and has performed throughout the United States and Europe. Her training from the Oberlin and New England Conservatories spans genres from Renaissance to contemporary minimalist. She’s recorded a contemporary composition on the Opus One label and specializes in historically informed performances with period instruments. Ms. Yang also enjoys playing chamber music with her husband, cellist Amos Yang, and spending time with their children.
