Calendar Download Instructions

If you Use Google Calendar
  1. Open a web browser (like Chrome, Edge, or Safari).
  2. Make sure you’re signed in to your Google account.
  3. On the left side, find a small gear icon in the top right. Click it.
  4. Choose “Settings” from the menu.
  5. On the left menu, click “Import & Export.”
  6. Under “Import”, click “Select file from your computer”.
  7. Find the .ics file (the calendar file you saved- probably in your downloads). Click it once, then click “Open”.
  8. Choose which calendar to add it to (if it asks).
  9. Click the “Import” button.
✅ You should see a message like “X events imported” — that means it worked!

If you Use Apple Calendar (Mac)
  1. Find the .ics file on your computer (probably in your Downloads folder).
  2. Double-click the file.
  3. A message will pop up asking if you want to add it to your calendar.
  4. Click “OK” or “Add”.
That’s it! The events should now show up in your Calendar app.

If you Use Outlook (Windows)
  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Go to calendar tab.
  3. Choose Add Calendar
  4. Find and select your .ics file, then click “Open.” Look in your downloaded documents.
  5. Select “Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar (.vcs)”, then click Next.
  6. Outlook will ask if you want to open it as a new calendar or add it to your existing one. Choose “Import.”
