You will be able to add additional student applicants at the end of this form. You will not be able to save registration progress to complete later, please make sure you have the following essential information ready:
- recordings of work samples (review the “recording” and “audition requirement” sections from the document linked above; links to YouTube videos can be pasted within the form);
- name, phone number, and email address for recent teacher(s); and
- emergency contact information.
