You will be able to add additional student applicants at the end of this form. You will not be able to save registration progress to complete later, please make sure you have the following essential information ready:
- recordings of work samples (recommended for intermediate and advanced students interested in upper-level group placement; review the “work sample recording” section from the document linked above; links to YouTube videos can be pasted or video files can be uploaded to complete the form); and
- emergency contact information.
